1. Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We bring all of our own supplies and organic cleaning products.
2. Do you run background checks?
All team members undergo background and reference checks before onboarding.
3. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and bonded. Ask for details if you need verification for a job.
4. Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house when booking the cleaning.
5. Can I request the same cleaning professional for each home cleaning?
Yes. We do our best to match the same cleaning professional for recurring appointments.
6. Can I request a same day service?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can meet this requirement.

I like that the same person, Amelia, comes every time. Like every home, we have our weird preferences and Amelia is familiar with all of them. Including a cranky dog. My house is always spotless without smelling like a bunch of chemicals.

May 8, 2023We have been using Bell's organic maids for over a year now and we can't say enough good things about them. Amelia is our normal person and she is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend them. We have used them for a final clean when we moved out of a rental and use them monthly in our new home. They are very punctual and have great communication. Dont know what we would do without Amelia.
